Here at, we are committed to keeping open for business during this pandemic.

We have ensured that our suppliers, contractors and artesians are implementing a 2-step disinfectant process, following strict hygiene and social distancing within their workspaces.

With best practices being followed in accordance with all locality orders, to ensure the cleanest of environments where orders can be packed by healthy staff. Please understand that at times of high demand, the stay at home orders can reduce our staff. Which then leads to us taking a few days longer to dispatch your orders.

If any suppliers are forced to close, we will update their products as unavailable. So that you can confidently place orders for all that you see on this site.

COVID-19 Shipping Updates

Once orders are shipped you will always be provided with a tracking number for one of our trusted shipping partners. Who are also taking steps to ensure the safety of their employees and deliveries.

Most of our items ship by USPS/UPS internationally. Unfortunately some countries are not currently updating any tracking details once they have left the United States until they have cleared through customs. Sometimes alternate transit options are being used until sufficient air transportation capacity becomes available.

Remember we have Route shipping protection, so that customers have shipments protected against loss/theft/damage.

Accurate timescales are difficult to predict due to COVID, below are rough estimates:

USA 2-5 days
Canada 3-9 days
UK, most of EU 4-9 days
Australia, New Zealand 5-25 days
Rest of the World 5-30 days
