If anything happens to your jewelry within the first two years of ownership, we'll repair or replace it free of charge.

Some of our products will offer Product Protection. Purchasing the plan is optional, and will allow you to claim if your item becomes damaged or defective within 2 years of purchase.

Additional terms

• 2 Year Product Protection Plan includes one replacement / repair per covered product.

• If your jewelry has any defects that is covered during the term, please send a clear image of the defective product to our Customer Support Team and we will gladly repair or replace the item (our discretion).

• The damaged item needs to be returned at the customer's / owner's expense before a replacement item is shipped to customer / owner.

• If purchased item is discontinued, we will replace the item with a similar item of equal or higher value.

• Please note, lost or stolen items are not covered by this plan, although Route Shipping Protection is also optionally offered in shopping cart.

Jewelry Care Guide

It is best to just wipe over with a soft cloth after every wear before storing your jewelry. We offer the perfect cloth in shopping cart for an easy add to cart.

All jewelry should be removed before sleeping, engaging in exercise, undertaking physical activity such as gardening or other heavy duty activities to avoid unintentional damage.

Items should be stored separately to prevent scratching. Direct contact with lotions, creams, perfumes and hairspray may cause Jewelry to discolor.

It is not recommended that stone set Jewellery is worn while swimming or showering.

If you would like a piece which can be worn every day without any discoloration, we recommend our stainless steel range. All plated jewelry finishes can be worn off with exposure to skin's natural oils. Each piece is crafted from a stainless steel, a solid and durable base that naturally resists tarnishing.
